• 2-3 scoops of your favorite ice cream (we suggest Rocky Road)
• One glorious pint of Lazy Magnolia’s Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale
• 2-3 cherries
• One mint leaf for garnish

The beauty of this recipe is its simplicity. After all, who doesn’t like beer and ice cream?

Instructions:

1. Place 2-3 scoops of ice cream and drop into pint glass.
2. Slowly pour Lazy Magnolia’s Southern Pecan over ice cream.
3. Drink remaining Southern Pecan while waiting for float to settle.
4. Add 2-3 cherries atop float.
5. Garnish with one mint leaf.
