  • 32 oz Southern Pecan Beer
  • 1 1/2 cup of Raw Sugar

Description:

Yields about 1 cup

Instructions:

1.Combine all ingredients in a large pot

2.over med to high heat allow mixture to reduce by 75% (this will take about 2 hours but well worth it)

3.Strain sauce and refrigerate

*I like to top with chopped pecans-BB*
