We don't tell people what to like,
we just give them great choices!
Don't take our word for it.  See what our fans have to say.
Matt,  Wow!  What an awesome tour!  All of us want to thank you for your Southern hospitality.  The
tour was one of our highlights of our mission trip.  (Other than eating ribs at The Shed, bringing
home 10 racks of ribs and 6 Lazy Magnolia party pigs).  I already posted photos of the
Manitowoc-Mississippi Connection on our church bulletin board--Rahr Malt and Briess Malt bags
and Manitowoc cranes building bridges and buildings.  If you ever want to  promote Lazy Magnolia
this far north, we will be more than enthusiastic to assist.  Remember us if y'all ever think about
selling stock.  Thank you, again.

Subject: Oh my gosh! It's in a bottle!!

Hey, Lazy Magnolia!
I just wanted to let you guys know I grabbed a six pack (squee!) of Southern Pecan the other day!
Yay!  My husband and I have been drinking your beers (and supporting your brewery!) on tap and
out of the party pigs for a while now and we are so happy you guys are bottling.  We toured the
brewery last year and you weren't quite to bottling yet, so my we've been waiting for the day.  When
I saw the beer on the shelves I did a double take!  Could it be?  Haha :)
The packaging is perfection.  I LOVE it.  It's eye catching and it really fits the beer, well done.
I can't wait to bring some bottles around when I visit my folks back in Texas.  They've heard a lot
about Southern Pecan, and now they get to try it!
Good luck to you guys, I know you'll flourish.  Ooo hey, do Indian Summer next!  ;)

And please excuse my excitement, I'm just so proud of you guys, *tear*!
Cheers to MS's first bottling brewery!!

When I recently went home to visit family I went to Hal and Mal’s in Jackson .  For the first time
ever, I was able to find real craft beer in Mississippi .  They had a good selection of Lazy
Magnolia.  Blue Heron, Par 3 and Indian Summer were all on tap.  It was my first experience with
your beers and I was very pleased.  They were out of Southern Pecan so I did not get to try it.
However I was told it is actually your best.  I will just have to come and get some next time.

I grew up in Long Beach , but I live outside of Washington DC now.  I am an avid home brewer and
I travel the world with my job.  Whenever and however I can I visit the local breweries and brew
pubs or at least sample the regional offerings.  I will go out of my way to visit Kiln next time I am in
the area.  I am so proud of the effort you guys put out.  2 bronzes at the Beer World Cup is no
slouch job!  I am so proud that we have a true craft brewery in Mississippi producing original beers
in the spirit of our state.  Keep up the great work.  Keep working on those recipes to find the next
great seasonal and a GABF medal.  But please work on that distributor chain to get your brew up
here.

Best regards,

Dear Leslie,
Thank you so much for your time last weekend at your brewery.  We were
very impressed. We both admire you so much for all of your hard work. I
know it will be a huge success.  We tried the beers at two of the restaurants
you gave us.  We really loved the Mockingbird Cafe.  We went  for the
sampler. My favorites were Indian Summer and Par 3.  We went by
Wal-Mart and they only has Southern Pecan and Amberjack. We brought
some home for LSU tailgating.  The manager was so nice.  They were out of
the other ones.
                                                      Thanks again.

Dear Leslie,
The Amberjack was a hit and the LSU  SC game last weekend.  It did not
last long. Everyone was impressed that I had a beer that they did not know
about.  Also, we had our motorhome in the Winn Dixie parking lot waiting for
the parking lot to open and we met your destributor from Northern
Mississippi.  I thing his name was Steve.  He was glad that we had met you
and we told him how much we liked it.  Next time we come to MS we will have
to get more.
                                           Kindly,  Dru
Matt & Leslie...

This is Roger & Sherry... the pubcrawlers from NH.  We met Matt at the Keg
& Barrel in Hattiesburg.  He arranged for us to meet you at the brewery on a
very hot Wednesday afternoon in early Sept.  It was a memorable occasion
for us.  We sampled beers & ales from 14 different brew pubs and breweries
on that trip.  I have to say that Lazy Magnolia was the tops of those that we
encountered.  The Southern Pecan ale was the star.  Fantastic aroma and
smooth character.  We truly appreciate those that have a passion for
brewing and that have the knack to bring out that passion in great tasting
beers.

Thank you for giving us your time when we were pub crawling through the
southeast.
