Howdy howdy howdy
This is the email I sent to you back in January that must have ended up in your junkmail
box...but I think its important enough so I re-sent it : )
It's one thing to discover a great new brand of beer or a great new company but it is
indeed rare these days to find a company like Lazy Magnolia, created and run by
genuinely good people, with an exceptionally good product. Unlike the sea of
businesses out there trying to make a fast buck, Leslie and Mark you are the definition
of integrity and hard work.
I truly understand the worries and anxiety that business owners deal with, as well as the
never ending hours of thankless work. It's certainly not the path of least resistance. But
without people like you, the world would be an exceptionally uneventful and bland place
to be.
I wrote this letter to personally thank you and your staff for everything you do. I know
for a fact that it wasn't easy to get where you are today, so, true to my southern
upbringing I stand behind you and your company 200%. My only wish is that I could do
more for you than just drink up all your beer. But then again, that's the point isn't it !
Keep up the excellent work,
don't sweat the small stuff
and remember everyday when you wake up:
You are living the American Dream - enjoy every minute of it.
Best Wishes for 2007

Don't take our word for it. See what our fans have to say.
Matt and all the gang at the LMBC:
Congratulations on the award!! Keep up all of the good
work!. We continue to share your beer with friends and
family. We have family here from Sweden right now and
they have tried three of the beers and smiled with
every one.
Take care!

Dear Lazy Magnolia,
I have been visiting my family and friends in Bay St. Louis for several weeks. Since I went to
my first Second Saturday after Katrina, I have been enjoying your beer. I sampled Indian
Summer at the Mockingbird Cafe' last on the suggestion of your employee, Matt. I wish I
remembered his last name because he was so informative and helpful in my choice. I've been
keeping up with all the press about your brewery through local news web sites and such. Much
luck, although I don't think you need luck with a product like yours.
I've moved to Mexico since Katrina, and return next week. Although I've always thought their
beer was a delight, I'm going to miss the taste of home. Thanks for your efforts, and continued
success to Lazy Magnolia.
Sincerely,
Melanie
Matt,
We really appreciate the time you guys spent showing us
around.
Everyone that did not have to work made it by the Keg and
Barrel to
sample their free beer. Of course everyone bought extra beers
after
that (That was sneaky of you!). K&B had just switched out
the
Jefferson Stout to Lighthouse Pale Ale, so I got to try that for
the first time. Of course it was great. We're all looking
forward to the pepper beer. When you get around to making a
USM beer, you can make a Bock: Golden Eagle Lager, the
Official Bock of the Rock (our stadium).
Cheers,
Mike
