roasted habanero peppers. The peppers are added similarly to the way by
which we dry hop a beer, where the ingredient (pepper) is actually
immersed in the beer itself, infusing the flavor and aroma of the habaneros.
The use of Cascade hops in this recipe creates a great balance between the
spiciness of the hops along with that of the peppers. The beer is
distinguished by the use of choice English malts, creating a savory body and
crisp finish.
